I needed to get a new mattress recently and the sleeping duck was recommended to me by a cousin of mine, his parents loved theirs so I thought I'll give it a try. Initially ordered the king size firm all around which we found a little too firm for what we like, reached out to them via email and Jack legit was super helpful. He sent out the medium firmness which arrived in two days and we haven't been happier. I would highly recommend it.

I was so skeptical about buying online. I had only ever purchased spring mattresses in-store, and I always spent way too much. I have to say the thing is unbelievable. My kids now want one each for their rooms. I have four kids, so arghhh! Also, they couldn't be any better from service standpoint. I dare you to try and be a difficult customer, and see if they don't come up with a solution! Nothing I asked for was ever too much trouble. They constantly check in on you. I thought for a while that maybe they thought I was someone famous because the service was terrific. Someone told me they also found that experience. So, it seems they are just so great.

Awesome. No dramas at all. Previously on a bamboo mattress which my wife bought and I struggled with being comfortable on but now the SD is great.

This is our 2nd sleeping duck, we have been living in our van while our house was built and we upgraded to a sleeping duck in the van as we missed our king size one in the house.

This is our second SD mattress. We love it. Our bed ensemble went to the spare room after we moved house. We bought a new bed and mattress for us. Loving it again. We have a king size mattress.

I have the firm version of the sleeping Duck Queen size, this bed is so pleasant to sleep on, no lumps or bumps and is nice and firm all over. I'm very happy with my purchase! Sleep Duck are terrific to deal with, fast delivery and follw up.

Buying anything online without seeing it always feels dodgy. So I did the usual thing, go to the store and tried all kinds of mattresses from 2k to 10k, ofc being told the 10k version can be picked up just for today at half the cost, because it's made by a space engineer. The risk of buying this online, seemed like a blessing is disguise. less than 2k, it's worth a try. I've tried the his \ her sides of varying firmness in store and there were good ones but the SD blew it out of the water. I sleep firm and my wife wants plush so firstly not many of those around. And the ones that are feel very gimmicky in store. It's a breeze to setup and OMG, handles on the side. Simple yes but you won't guess how many mattress don't have these handles. I can handle it with one hand , lifting it while putting a fitted sheet, BONUS. it's nice a cool but not cold. Weirdly , unlike the other mattress with dual firm \ soft you can feel the nib in the centre, I'm not sure how this works since it's two discreet halves in the SD but it's not noticeable at all. But you can feel (blind test) which is which side. I was close to buying a Tempur for 5k which came close to solving for both me and the wife (through both of us compromising a bit), this SD, I didn't have to compromise and it works a charm. I'd pay double for this and it would still blow others out of the water.

I have only recommendations for the Sleeping Duck mattress, it is the best decision I made. I am a side sleeper and had sore hips, now waking up with no pain is a delight. Truly you will never look back!

Really great! Love the option of having different mattresses firmnes. I sleep like I am in heaven. Also it is really cool, perfect for queensland. Very happy with the purchase.

Love our bed but we have 2 soft toppers. They keep moving and dividing and pulls the fitted sheet off.Any suggestions?
