From ordering our sleeping duck mattress and the indestructible bed our process was excellent. I was kept up to date with my order and the customer service I received was excellent best company I have ever had to deal with. The bed and mattress is well built and comfortable would highly recommend it. Even getting comfort level adjustment from the company was superb and fast and the staff was wonderful to deal with 10 out of 10 for customer service 😃

We have heard the ads - but went to the showroom to try it for ourselves. Booked an appointment and tried it out for about 20 mins. Ended up getting a 1/2 hard, 1/2 medium bed and we love it. It arrived promptly and was amazed to watch our mattress "puff up" to it full size. The mattress is a bit heavy to lift to tuck in sheets, etc. But worth it for the good sleep. We even bought the SD pillow - beware it is thinner than most pillows, but once you get used to it - you wont use another pillow. Happy Sleeping

I’ve always taken a while to get to sleep but I can barely stay awake when I get into bed now. I sleep throughout the night and wake up rested. Would recommend getting help unpacking because of the weight.

I got the Sleeping Duck mattress on recommendation from family. My previous mattress was too hard and too hot. Happy with my new mattress, definitely not as hot as before but haven’t used it in summer and you know the Aussie summer…..dreadful for sleeping. This mattress is definitely much more comfortable for my arthritis which does affect sleeping. Will never sleep well but I am sleeping better than before. Happy with what I have bought.

We were a little nervous about the 'mail order mattress' both from a quality and a customer experience perspective. To say that the experience was the opposite of what we were expecting is the understatement. The mattress arrived within days of ordering and it was obvious that it was a good quality construction from the moment it was unpacked. One of us was immediately satisfied with sleep quality in the standard set up. The post sale customisation for the fussy sleeper was amazing, the team were so helpful and persisted through changes until we were both 100% satisfied. We are now both totally comfortable in the bed and more importantly 110% satisfied with the service of the Sleeping Duck team in not stopping until we both reached this point. I would totally recommend a Sleeping Duck mattress and would be comfortable in reassuring anyone nervous about service follow up that the team are amazing.

The best mattress I have ever laid on. It is extremely comfortable, supportive but not hard. I didn't know what I was missing out on until I lay on this, it's heaven. My only complaint is that I have to get out of bed!
