Loving my new mattress and the ability to change to firmness around until it was the perfect fit for both of us. Staff were extremely supportive and very quick to reply to questions.

We are very happy with our Sleeping Duck mattress. Was easy and quick to change from medium to firm. Great nights sleep, waking with no aches and pains and feeling refreshed. Would highly recommend this mattress and company to all.

My husband and I were in desperate need of a new mattress and discovered Sleeping Duck online with great reviews. We actually drove an hour into the shop to try it out first, and I’m glad we did as we also got to try out the Sleeping duck pillow which I LOVE. Our new mattress arrived in a couple of days and we were surprised how they fit such a big mattress into such a small box. Our original comfort level was medium which was great for my husband but after a few weeks we decided to try the firm, which I love. The great thing about this mattress is that each side is adjustable. My husband has medium and I have firm. Happy, happy. Also with the pocket spring we do not disturb each other at night any more. Highly recommend this mattress great customer service and one great mattress. Oh and don’t forget the awesome pillow too!!!!

I would never have thought after buying 4 mattresses in two and a half years, that one online purchase would solve everything in one go! Especially the follow up topper service! And cheap compared to the others I've tried! Thank You SD!

We were very happy with the service and delivery provided. The only complaint is the difficulty in making the bed. Needs 2 people.

From ordering our sleeping duck mattress and the indestructible bed our process was excellent. I was kept up to date with my order and the customer service I received was excellent best company I have ever had to deal with. The bed and mattress is well built and comfortable would highly recommend it. Even getting comfort level adjustment from the company was superb and fast and the staff was wonderful to deal with 10 out of 10 for customer service 😃
