Couldn't be happier with the mattress. Changed from firm to medium. Very comfortable. No more waking up in pain! Service was friendly and efficient. Wouldn't go back to any other mattress now.

We had a King size Tempur Mattress and after 8 years it was sagging badly, I had constant lower back and neck pain. My naturopath recommended the SD and after two years of research and consideration we bought a king size SD. It is VERY High on our existing base, 70cm from floor to top of SD, but I really like it. It took about a week for the smell to dissipate, but we did leave it for 5 hours uncovered before we slept on it the first night. I like the medium base and my partner likes the firm, we bought the medium/medium and they sent the firm for us to try, SO glad we did and its very comfortable. We're both sleeping so much better and my pain issues are subsiding. I am impressed with the sales process, quality of the product, the delivery (he took it into our bedroom for us) and comms during delivery, the after sales service and the ability to configure the mattress. 5 stars.

We upgraded our very firm mattress to the SD as I just couldn't get comfortable on it. We went into the showroom and tried it and decided I would go for medium firmness and my husband went for firm. After a couple of weeks I decided the medium was too soft for my back so they sent out the firm insert. This was better for my back but not my neck and shoulders so they suggested the mixed option where I have a combo of medium and firm. It is perfect! No more back pain and so comfy in my neck and shoulders. I cannot fault the responsive and friendly service we've received from the SD team. Very happy customer!

More comfortable sleep and good service With delivery and follow up

Dealing with a number of spinal vertebrae issues, shifting to a firm Sleeping Duck mattress has been a life changer. And the purchase and after purchase support is second to none. Highly recommend.
