Exceptional customer service and great product!

I find the mattress very good to sleep on and I am very satisfied. The one area I would comment on just for future thoughts is this: A lot of folk in my older age group do need to lift one end, or both, of the bed surface because they have medical issues like blood flow, for instance. In my case if I was able to raise my head level of the mattress it would be absolutely superb because the mattress itself is perfect for me and trying to use extra pillows is not a remedy. It may not be possible to include this aspect but I offer it as a thought just in case. Thank you. Richard Badley

Before my SD was delivered, I would toss and turn all night. Could not get comfortable no matter what. My first night on the SD was like a dream, I slept soundly all night and woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. Since having the firmness adjusted, I’ve been sleeping more and more soundly. My back pain is gone, I don’t feel unrested, I am generally in a better mood. All thanks to the SD.

From my first phone call, Sleeping Duck was excellent. I had lots of questions which were answered quickly. Delivery was great. Everything about them was great. Five star service and five star mattress.

Our old mattress was 17 years old and worn out . After a visit to your showroom in Melbourne we knew what our next mattress would be , when we had saved up the funds we wanted and purchased the bed and mattress . My husband is loving his totally Medium side of the mattress and although I thought that I would like Firm all the way, I ended up having to swap out both ends to a medium and now all my neck pain has gone. Still have a mildly sore back, but I think that is an age thing. Having a pretty good sleep.

Had a good sleep

We went to Melbourne and popped into the store to try as the overall expenditure is high so we wanted to sure. Store service was as efficient as the online service and after testing out our preferred option we proceed with the purchase. Now after some 6 weeks we could not be happier. Very restorative sleep. Surprisingly the mattress feels warm from the moment you jump in so we’re interested to see what happens during our tropical summer in FNQ.

I had read so many good reviews, that I decided to give it a go, it was the best decision that I ever made. I have never had such a good nights sleep. I am so happy with my purchase I would highly recommend Sleeping Duck. I also love the fact you take off the top of the mattress for washing. Delivery was a breeze and plenty of options for drop of dates. Great Product.
