Getting a sore hip and seem to be side sleeping more

Delivery and service is second to none. We ordered half medium & half firm. The medium is a little warm during the hotter nights. Over all, having a great nights sleep with the cooler weather compared to our old mattress.

the medium firmness was too soft for me so I asked for a change. they sent me the new mattress topper without hesitation. great service and quality mattress!

Before purchasing the sleeping duck mattress, I would wake up every morning very stiff in my lower back to the point where I had to slowly move my way up due to the pain, now with the sleeping duck firm mattress upgrade, that pain has practically disappeared. I cannot believe the difference between the mattress I had which was quite an expensive pocket spring mattress and the sleeping duck system, simply amazing and highly recommend it, every one in the world needs a Sleeping Duck, its that simple!

Cannot recommend the service and experience any higher! After receiving the mattress within 48 hours of payment, the follow up to ensure the mattress was working well for my partner and I was exceptional. We had to change firmness and this was no trouble, followed up to ensure everything was working well. We love the mattress and recommend the product, sales and service as outstanding! Used to use Futton but after 4 years it lost its softness. Lack of support means use to get up with sore back and neck. It has been more than 90 days now since I have been using sleeping Duck Mattress and so far we have not had any back pain or sore neck. Really great Customer service and changing the mattress firmness was really easy. I have been following this company since I saw the Founders/ Owners on SharkTank Australia back in 2017 and the growth of sales over last few years without having any physical presence speaks for itself.
