The only issue I have had is that I purchased a medium SD, and was surprised when I first slept on it that it was so firm. I believe it is adjustable, so how do I make it marginally softer??

I really like the support that I've gotten over the initial period of trying out the mattress and getting the firmness adjustment sent to me. It took much longer than expected due to Covid but the support team has been really helpful. They actually resend it after the first one was delayed by more than a month. Really appreciate all the support. Love the firm one right now.

We love our sleeping duck mattress. Incredibly comfortable and delivery was super quick and it was easy to get out of the box.

Seeing I have back problem I do still have pain but not as bad as our old mattress and definitely get a far better sleep.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our sleeping duck mattress, it is so comfortable and supportive we cannot believe how much better nights sleep we get now than before we had this mattress. No sagging on the sides or through the middle and comfortable for side and back sleeping. We recently upgraded from a Queen to a King when we moved house and the difference is amazing! So much extra space it was definitly worth it!
