Seriously, it took me a year of visiting your site, following your Facebook page for me to finally take the plunge and order a mattress. I could not get my head around buying a mattress on-line without being able to set my eyes on the actual product, feel the product, try the product. Heck, it even came in a box so they must have false reviews. After having enough of waking up sore and my husband now complaining I took the plunge. My only question was, am I going to lose out? Fast forward to today and I have had my mattress for over two months now and I absolutely love it. My husband is pretty happy too. From the fast delivery, to the ease of unpacking, the comfort of the bed and the company touching base to see how it was going I was satisfied 100%. I now plan on saving and replacing my two sons beds. All I can say is that I was sceptical but you have absolutely no worries what so ever in making a purchase. Go ahead and order it today. You won't be disappointed. Me, I am sleeping the best I have in a very long while. Thank you Sleeping Duck.

Best mattress with individual side firmness is great

We ordered both a Bed Frame with Headboard and a Mattress. Setting up both of these was both well explained in the provided instructions and easy to do. My only suggestion would be offering a cardboard and rubbish service as getting both of these produced a lot of both, and this can be a pain to deal with for non standard households. I managed to fill the back of a Toyota Rav4 (with seats down) with only the plastic wrapping rubbish and the cardboard from both items.

Pleasantly surprised how from a bed in a box blooms into what would be the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. Service was first class from start to finish and would happily recommend Sleeping Duck to others.
