Rang Sleeping Duck. Knew what they were talking about. Took payment over the phone and mattress delivered post-haste. Came as a 'medium' and we tried it out for a few weeks and decided that it might be better if it were softer. Rang Sleeping Duck again and they were happy to send softer overlays at no cost and did not require the mediums back. Changed them in a very few minutes and sleeping better since. Highly recommended!

Had the medium delivered, was good, a little too soft for me though. Requested a change to firm, LOVE IT. I was a terrible sleeper until the duck. Now, barely any tossing and turning.

We bought a New Mattress of another brand and within, immediately knew it was poor. Bad night sleep Aches and pains but no chance of a replacement too bad for you on that one. So we thought lets try the duck and best decision ever fantastic support options, excellent sales /service if your thinking of getting a new mattress then this is the brand for you.

A great experience from the beginning with the mattress being delivered to my front door. SO comfortable I don’t know why I procrastinated before taking the plunge and purchasing. What got sleeping duck over the line was the 100 day trial and the ease of which to change from firm to soft. Haven’t had to use the options but glad that if I needed them it was easy peasey!

Ordered and delivered the next day. So easy! Both Hubby and I love the mattress and my sore hips and shoulders are no more when I get up in the morning.
