Awesome love it!

Sleep much better and no longer have back pains in the morning. It’s a lot softer to sleep on and relax well.

We purchase a king size with medium foam and changed the underlaying foam to firm. We love love love it now. The staff were so friendly and helpful and guided us through the process

Highly recommend Sleeping Duck mattress!

We can honestly say that the sleeping duck mattress, with its ability to adjust firmness to one side only, means that my wife and I both are sleeping as well as we ever remember.

Much better sleeping experience, service and delivery with sleeping duck has been amazing!

A few years ago we "did the rounds" of shops, lying for a few minutes on all sorts of mattresses to try to choose a new one. It all got too much and we couldn't agree or decide. We ended up buying a very cheap, firm mattress and made it comfortable with a plush topper. All was well until we realised that it was the longevity of the springs that made it very cheap. We didn't want to start the process again so I just ordered the Sleeping Duck over the phone as we liked that we were able to test our mattress over the 100 nights. We each got the medium insert and then, after the 21 nights, contacted Sleeping Duck and asked if we could each try the soft insert. My husband tried the soft insert for a few nights then decided he actually preferred the medium and has never looked back. I asked if I could try a segmented layout so that it was soft under my shoulder and medium under my hip. PERFECT!!! Each time I have contacted Sleeping Duck I have found them to be incredibly helpful and friendly and I was never made to feel like a nuisance or "too fussy" as I was "perfecting" my side of the bed. It is fair to say that each time I tried a different insert I still slept well. It was pretty awesome to be able to individualise it though! We both love our mattress and, like the title of this review, recommend it to anyone who cares to listen!

Old mattress was dipping and giving me a sore lower back. Moved to the sleeping duck matteress which worked great form me immediately (medium firmness). My wife required some firmness adjustments which was handled by sleeping duck very well. She tried the ‘firm’ and then the zone support which worked well. Very happy.

LOVE IT

It is so refreshing to deal with a company that truly puts it's customers first. The whole experience with Sleeping Duck has been impeccable. We had issues with the courier company not delivering - Sleeping Duck took over the matter and resolved it totally. We have loved our mattress . We both sleep so much better not having to be bounced around by each others movements (100kg vs 55kg) We chose half and half which has been perfect but when i recently hurt my back I asked if I could still swap out the top and even though we were WELL past our 100 day change period Sleeping Duck were more than happy to honour the offer and sent me a replacement top at no cost. Even the fact that we could go half and half was a winner - but the mattress is incredible. The only down side is that it is very very heavy and I sometimes find it hard to life it for the bottom sheet - but seriously, that's my only complaint. The original top layer is cool - although we use a mattress protector on that so improbably negates any effect. However we had our mattress through a summer of consistently 40 p lus days and 25 plus nights and never felt it was creating unnecessary heat. I have already recommended Sleeping Duck to a number of friends, not just for the quality of the product but the ethics of the company, their service and above all their integrity. Thank you Sleeping Duck for restoring my faith in customer service when I have been poorly let down so frequently in the past I wish more companies would follow your lead. Can't recommend them highly enough DO IT!!!
