Very good

Mattress was delivered on time. I'm getting a better nights sleep and the customer service was outstanding. I don't know why anyone wouldn't buy their mattress from Sleeping Duck.

Great service - ordered the mattress and base on a Sunday , arrived on the Monday! Great quality products and excellent after-sales follow up - including the softness adjustment to my side. Have and would recommend unreservedly!

Very comfy mattress great sleep just a little bit warm

I was worried buying online after a poor experience previously with a large sleeping store and having laid on it and not being good after a shot period of time. I was very pleased, mattress was cheaper than previous and a far better quality and nights sleep. Service and follow up was fantastic. I never write reviews but these guys deserve praise!

We were having trouble sleeping as movement by either person in the bed resulted in the second person waking up. I’ve been away a few days and can hardly wait to use my sleeping duck again

My old mattress was in a sorry state. The mattress topper I had added, trying to attain a little more comfort, only ensured that I was overheating on a regular basis. Finally, it was time for the Duck - a sleeping one of course! The first item to note was the speed of delivery. I ordered the mattress early in the morning and it arrived the same afternoon. No waiting around for this little black duck! That first night was a big improvement, but still not quite ... right. I have chronic back and hip injuries, and I think a part of me was hoping that they would be magically solved with a new mattress. On sending a comment in relation to a follow up message by the sales team, they let me know that I could swap my medium level support for a soft option to see if that was better. Sadly I had to wait 3 whole days before it arrived ;) Swapping out the support didn’t involve replacing the entire mattress. The construction makes it really easy to swap elements without having to wrestle the mattress off and on the bed. And the replacement layer was sent at no additional charge. I haven’t been transformed to my pain-free, more limber self of days gone by, but I’m definitely sleeping better and more comfortably. And I’m very impressed by the service - fast delivery, and just the right level of contact (not too much, not too little). And the mattress is much cooler, which is very important for women of a certain age. There’s a reason Sleeping Duck have won multiple Choice awards - if you’re shopping for a new mattress, go no further.

Coming off a futon, it was hard to know what firmness would be right for me. SD were so flexible in letting me adjust until I found the best fit for me. Thankyou!
