Definitely built to a standard, bed base, including the packaging and assembly. went with Firm/medium combo which works well. for the lighter wife. initially firm seemed quite firm first night however very quickly proved the right choice. Stiff and tired back pain (builder) has been relieved through the night now wake up pain free to start the day. The PILLOWS, don't quite fit the pillow cases, and seem a little thin and undersized at first but are brilliant, in support and comfort and proved compatible with CPAP mask. they match the bed perfectly. The wife also feels the benefits. Standard height legs are more than high enough, Forgot the price now rewards are validated.

With my previous mattress, I used to wake up after I'd been in bed for 5 hours and have to get out because of the pain (likely fibromyalgia). Now I actually want to stay in bed rather than get out in the morning. Made a world of difference and well worth the cost.

I really like how the foam toppers (soft-medium-firm-extra firm) can be easily switched. We started with medium as recommended but asked to be sent a firm topper to switch out. Much better! I really appreciate having the options to switch firmness. It was no fuss and the follow up after sales service was 5-star.

I have to say it has been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on including hotel beds.
