We're both enjoying our new Sleeping Duck mattress very much. Great choice!

Our Sleeping Duck mattress was a big improvement on our old one from day one, but as someone with joint problems I still experienced sore hips occasionally. We changed from medium to soft inserts with the help of Sleeping Duck and I'm doing much better. We especially like that we don't disturb each other when we roll over in the night and that we can sleep right up to the edge without worrying about falling off. We highly recommend Sleeping Duck: it's been well worth the investment for us and the customer service has been excellent.

It took a little bit of tweaking to get the right mix of inserts to make our sleep comfortable. The customer service was excellent. They helped me adjust the mattress firmness in several places to get it just right for me. I have a lot of issues with my back and hips and being able to adjust it to suit each section of my body was amazing. Best night sleep I've had in years! And my husband was also able to adjust it for his side of the bed and is happy too.

I hurt my back about six months ago and my old mattress was too soft and didn’t help with the back pain. I tried Sleeping Ducks half medium/half firm mattress, and found the firm half was still not hard enough for me. I called the service centre. They sent me an extra firm insert straight away. Delivery was quick and swapping the inserts were easy. Now I have peaceful sleep and my back is getting better. I am thinking of buying another Sleeping Duck mattress for the back up bed. Highly recommend!

Cannot fault customer service and delivery time. Mattress was easy to unpack and very comfortable and supportive. Getting a replacement (softer) insert sent was super easy.

Initial issues quickly dealt with and resolved. Excellent value and very comfortable supportive mattress. No more tossing and turning overnight.
