We tried a bunch of mattresses in showrooms etc but this was so confusing! It was hard to tell the difference between them in the 10 min you get to lie on it in the showroom. One of the attractive things with SD was that it was adjustable. We initially chose a firm mattress but when it arrived after the first night it was not ideal. One quick phone call and the medium kit was on its way and a couple days later we were able to change the mattress firmness. It is now perfect for us. I really like the peace of mind of being able to change it after the fact in case it is not quite right. Customer service was top notch and delivery time was very quick.

Before sleeping duck, I was waking up sore from my old mattress. So happy with Sleeping Duck. Great service and a comfortable mattress. Sleep quality has improved so much, five stars!
