My partner and I have slept better than we ever have before. I needed to change the firmness on one side and it was so easy and quick to do. Excellent customer service.

My husband and I were struggling on a very expensive Sealy mattress the mattress had sagged in a very short time. Sealy were not dealing with the issue. Sleeping Duck kept coming up on all the mattress reviews as amazing to sleep on and the customer service was impeccable. I happy to say this is true!! Communication has been amazing from the time of submitting our order to today checking on how we are sleeping. We started on medium and moved to firm which was a phone call to order the mattress inserts. My husband loves the firm but I have gone back to medium. Truely bliss to climb into bed. No partner movement just heavenly sleep 😴. Don’t think about it just do it.

First of all, the Sleeping Duck mattress is very comfortable, and also it provides free firmness swap after you use it a while to suit special individual need (I wonder who else can do it).The steps of purchasing , delivery and firmness swap are simple, reliable and customer oriented, all these really makes it a great mattress. In addition, the Sleeping Duck logo is cute.

I did a LOT of reviews before making up my mind on purchasing my new mattress. Due to Covid was unable to test out any in the shops either, so was a little hesitant to buy online for such an important decision. BUT it has been the best decision, bed is sooooo damn comfy!! Has exceeded my expectations. I'm a side sleeper and found with my old mattress I was waking up with sore shoulders, had to have a pillow between my knees due to old knee injury - hips were getting sore too. But with new mattress no longer need the pillow as my joints are all supported beautifully! Can't recommend highly enough!
