Being old pains are expected,hips,shoulders,backs .Daughter has sleeping duck we stayed with her prior to move .Nice night sleep,so we purchased one for our new home. We had a firm mattress, but the hips and other pains continued so we rang you for your soft mattress, spoke with lovely lady who suggested we try medium first if that didn't work out she would send soft,So glad we followed her advice as we have both had great sleeps so far and looking forward 😀 for the rest of our days.So

We originally brought a queen mattress and loved it. When we brought a king size bed, we purchased a medium Sleeping Duck. Unfortunately, we no longer found the medium comfortable, when we reached out to Sleeping Duck they immediately helped us and sent new firm inserts. Since changing, we are having the best sleep each night. The service we have received has been both prompt and very helpful. Highly recommend

Sleeping Duck was recommended by a friend. I experienced a back injury and found normal mattresses did not have the support I needed. With Sleeping Duck, I could request an Extra Firm insert which gives me the support I need. Sleeping great now. Highly recommend Sleeping Duck.

Love my firm mattress. I do not like the tencel sheets. It is also a hassle not being able to put them in the dryer.

Our previous bed was too old and no proper support for my spine. I find that this bed is supportive and now that we were offered a softer insert we find it comfortable like this. To be able to adjust and customise this bed is terrific and especially for the price..what is always 'prohibitive' in bed buying is firstly. price and searching in shop for what you " think" might be comfortable. Sleeping Duck takes the hard work out of getting a new bed in every way.

Exceptional customer service and great product!

I find the mattress very good to sleep on and I am very satisfied. The one area I would comment on just for future thoughts is this: A lot of folk in my older age group do need to lift one end, or both, of the bed surface because they have medical issues like blood flow, for instance. In my case if I was able to raise my head level of the mattress it would be absolutely superb because the mattress itself is perfect for me and trying to use extra pillows is not a remedy. It may not be possible to include this aspect but I offer it as a thought just in case. Thank you. Richard Badley
