Purchased Queen size base and mattress in January, 2021. Informative website - good customer support - efficient ordering and delivery. I nominated a firm mattress, while wondering if that would be a mistake, but the sensible policy of allowing changeable components alleviated any concern - as it tuned out, the mattress is firm but still very comfortable. As suggested, I can leave and enter the bed without disturbing my wife. The Sleeping Duck appears to be a quality product and is meeting expectations.

Fantastic customer service. Next day delivery of mattress. Very helpful with adjustments. I found the firm too firm and my husband wasn't sure. They were very helpful over the phone and sent out the medium inserts within a few days. I am very happy with the medium and my husband has decided to stay with the firm. Love that we could try them out and customise to our liking. Love our mattress.

From the first sleep I have found Sleeping Duck to be incredibly restful. I actually have deeper sleeps. My back and joints no longer ache from bed. So very happy and highly recommend to all. The firmness adjustment is fabulous. This mattress is a keeper
