It used to take me 45-90mins to fall asleep on my old mattress on the Sleeping Duck it is now 10-15mins. If I wake during the night I also fall asleep much quicker now with the Sleeping Duck. I now also sleep more soundly and longer than I previously did on my old mattress.

Great Service and excellent instructions. It was good to interact with Mattress Duck via on-line, email and by phone. Delivery to Lorne was fast and the mattress arrived at the time specified. Love the thickness and comfort level of the mattress whether I am sleeping my back or side. My only negative is that the mattress is heavy to move when making the bed but this is a small issue.

SD - you have changed our bedroom story. The new mattress is amazing! We have been able to adjust the mattress to suit each of us. The pillow and sheet bundle is also great. We love our new pillows and the sheet set is a perfect match - absolute luxury. Add to all this - SD has the most exceptional customer service, both before and after sale. I have experienced many delays with other furniture company's in this past year but SD are clearly the professionals in this area. They contacted us to make a delivery time/date, confirmed the delivery. The driver followed up the delivery time on the day. SD have followed up our comfort and compatibility with the mattress we had chosen and were immediately contactable when I had a question for them.
