Best mattress EVER!!! We ordered a semi-firm mattress to replace our old pillow-top mattress. Whilst I have to admit that the new foam smell is very strong at first and I highly recommend airing it for at least a day or so before use, the whole ordering and delivery process was a Breeze. The mattress didit feel pretty good, but I wasn't convinced that it was that much better than any other good quality new mattress would be, especially since I still got woken up from lower back or hip pains if sleeping in the same position for too long. My husband never had back issues, but still got a sore shoulder from sleeping on his side also. So we contacted Sleeping Duck who suggested we swap for soft inserts for both of us. Due to Covid and inserts being posted via Australia Post, we had to be very patient, but the wait was well worth it: All our aches went away, literally overnight!!! I can honestly say that I never slept better - for the first time in over 10 years I don't wake up from aches and pains anymore and I can now sleep comfortably again in any position, even on my back!!! Even my husband who did not feel a noticeable difference between the foams at first, had to admit that his shoulder did not ache anymore when sleeping on his side! I'm hopeful this feeling will last and that we will have many, many painfree nights and years of sleeping on your awesome mattress ahead of us!!! THANK YOU TEAM SLEEPING DUCK!!!

We’ve had this mattress for a number of months and I could not be happier. We changed the firmness as I felt I needed more support, which was quite an easy process. I’ve been sleeping with so much more ease and comfort. We also purchased the bed frame, as we wanted something that was easy to move. The way the frame in constructed means you do not have a large single piece with slats, so it’s great for when you need to relocate it. I’m not normally someone to write reviews, but I couldn’t recommend this more. It’s made waking up uncomfortable after a sleep a thing of the past.

The 1st time I slept on the mattress, I thought, Wow, this feels great, and has a luxurious feel about it and have had good night sleeps. What I do luv is the no partner disturbance, half the time I don't know my husband has gotten out of bed... I got the medium mattress and probably should have gotten the firm, as sleeping on it for nearly 100 days I feel like I need a little more support for my back. Saying that, it's a wonderful mattress and we are very happy that we bought a sleeping duck. The only negative is that the foam has a strong smell when unwrapped and lasts for a couple of weeks.
