My wife has some chronic back problems, which unfortunately no mattress can be expected to fix. However the old one we had was too firm and we had to change. Better than other mattresses we have tried before.

From order to delivery was within 24 hours !!! Comfort was a vast improvement on the old mattress but changing to the softer pads made it further improvements to our sleep as we both have sore backs and the Chiropractic / firm mattresses were very uncomfortable. Sleeping Duck were unbelievably fanastic to deal with.
