My issue is with the firmness of the mattress for my back support. I found that it was great at the start.......nice and firm for my back. However, 6 months in and it is no longer firm enough for me. It has softened considerably. It is too soft to give me the back support that I need. I would really like to solve this issue, as I was raving on to all my friends about how good sleeping duck mattresses are before I had this issue.

Amazing customer service from Sleeping Duck- I tried the Firm mattress to begin with, after 2 months I felt it was a bit too firm so decided to try medium, no worries at all from sleeping Duck, they delivered the medium and I was even able to keep the original firm mattress. They emailed the week after to check to see if I was happy with the medium, great service. Really enjoying the new bed with the medium mattress.

I started with a firm mattress and, after many adjustments, am very happy with the soft/medium segments. The assistance I encountered while organising the mattress adjustments was outstanding! The quality of sleep I'm now having is amazing. Would highly recommend sleeping duck.

With total neck vertebrae out middle and lower back vertebrae not far away from totally disrupted the mattress is perfect much better sleeping and no pain waking in the morning excellent product

I had never touched a Sleeping Duck before purchasing and I have no regrets buying it! It has been terrific for someone who sleeps on front, back and sides. I have the "medium" firmness and it is very comfortable.

I'm so impressed with the Sleeping Duck team and the support they have given me. I suffer from lower back pain and for the last few months, I've had a frozen shoulder too. Changing the mattress made a HUGE difference, however, I couldn't quite get the firmness right because of my ailments.
