The after sales,service was excellent. After 3 firmness changes. I found the best bed for myself and my partner and they are quite different in the one bed. Changing the firmness had an instant impact on my hip and knee pain. Amazing. I now have a blend of firm and medium exactly where I need it.

Sleep duck, are print, have great support and comics toon, but best of all we love our new mattress. No more aches and pains and rolling into each other.

I was having really bad sleep due to sore hips and I’m a side sleeper, a friend told me about you guys so I gave it a go. First weeks sleep was ok but not perfect so I switched to a soft insert and ever since I’ve been sleeping like a baby and with no pain. The whole process is very efficient and the product is excellent.

It's a great mattress, it's firm enough and soft enough at the same time. It starts off with a smell, but that's because it's new. And it also took me a week to get used to the temperature because going from a completely different mattress to the duck there was always going to be a adjustment period.

Ive slept on futons for over 40 years, but now in my mid 60’s my bodys’ needs have changed ( ahhh the added aches & pains of getting older) . l wanted a firm but more flexible sleeping arrangement & the Sleeping Duck mattress with its firmness options allowed me to customize to my requirements. Easy change over, set up was so easy. Listened to complaints about hardness and changed the mattress.

The mattress is amazingly comfy and customer service is spot on. We originally we got both medium, however it wasn't quite soft enough for me, customer service was so prompt and we are both now very happy with our mattress. Best mattress we have ever slept on .

Love our new mattress. Sleeping Duck are a fantastic company to deal with. They supported us all the way with excellent customer service. We swapped our inserts from medium to firm and couldn’t be happier.

I only changed because my partner was complaining about my previous mattress being too soft. He’s sleeping on a firm side now and he’s happy. Im happy on medium, no better or worse than my previous mattress but is better value for money. My shoulder hurts but Ive had previous surgery and have repeat bursitis so dont know if the mattress can help with that anyway.
