Love this mattress. So comfortable and I no longer wake up with a sore back

The mattress is great very comfortable and not hot, one comment is that with the bed base it is a little low and could be a couple of inches at least higher.

My Wife and I purchased the queen sized SD mattress after our Sealy posturepedic was getting old and uncomfortable. Both waking up with back and neck issues. Had to be done. Made our order with the medium firmness. Delivery was fast and simple. Took about a week to adjust but sleeping straight through the night and waking up refreshed with less and less issues every morning. SD contact you to rate delivery and product satisfaction out of 10. Delivery was a 10 and product I scored an 8. They text back asking how they could achieve a 10 and if I’d like to try different firmness options so we decided to order the softest firmness to give a try at no cost to us. Not even delivery! Again - delivered promptly. While we were testing out the soft - SD put our 100 night money back guarantee on hold until they knew we were 100% satisfied. My Wife opted to change her side back to the medium. Making the changes to our mattress only took 10 minutes and we went with half medium half soft. Again a text from SD seeking 100% satisfaction. Decided to try the firm option just on my side of the bed as the soft was brilliant but for me - I think I needed a bit more support. As the process is so easy and effortless - why not. The SD team once again delivered and we made the swap on my side. Now we are both sleeping beautifully. If our needs ever change - we have the 1 medium insert and 2 soft inserts we can opt to change too should the need arise. This mattress is amazing. Comfy - supportive and we are both extremely satisfied. The SD customer service has blown us away. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great product and amazing service SD!

Happy with purchase

Prior to getting my SD I was unable to sleep due to sciatic pain. I even ended up in hospital due to the severity of my sciatica. Since getting SD I have been able to sleep right through the night and I wake up refreshed and pain free. I don't know why I took so long to get the SD mattress. I will never go back to another matress.

Deciding to buy a new mattress was a good decision but buying a Sleeping Duck Mattress was the greatest decision, it's provided sound sleep, and buying the mattress was easy too.
