Purchased a Sleeping Duck mattress and had high expectations. We bought a 50/50 bed and my husband and I tried each side. He loved the firm, but I am a goldilocks and didn't sleep well on either. I was very sad. The customer service team were fantastic and offered to send out the mix and match separate panels. I received them, tried them and now I have the best sleep ever. Oh, and by the way, this is company have the best customer service I have had the pleasure to deal with. Thank you Sleeping Duck.
