From start to finish, ordering to receiving and sleeping on our new mattress was simple and easy. After placing the order the mattress turned up the next day and we were sleeping on it that night. I needed to change the firmness setting and found that to be very easy also with the new inserts only taking a few days to arrive, The follow up from the customer service team has also been excellent. Cannot fault a single thing and we are now enjoying fantastic nights sleep on the most comfortable mattress ever.

I thought my expensive spring bed was pretty comfortable and it felt good to go to bed each night. Sometimes I'd wake with some lower back pain but I just put it down to old age. But...Sleeping Duck is next level! I had never imagined having a mattress so comfortable. All the back pain is gone and I sleep all night. Thank you!

Sleeping very comfortably on my new mattress after I felt the old one was not providing enough support. I must say one of the best things is the ability to change the firmness with different inserts if needed. I now really look forward to getting into my new comfy bed each night Thanks SD 👍

We bought our Queen first and we were love it, so we decided to up to a king. We love both they are both comfortable. We found we didn’t need our electric blanket as they are not cold they seem to just stay at your own body heat. We just love them 100% If needed to ever buy another bed we would definitely buy Sleeping Duck

So impressed with Sleeping Duck. My mattress is super comfortable and I love that each side can be customised. The customer service was amazing. There was communication and follow up at each step from ordering, to delivery to after purchase care.

Good support and comfort. Probably a little warmer than expected which is nice in winter but summer may be a concern. At least we can wash it if needed.

Comfortable to sleep on. The only thing is that it's just too heavy trying to lift the mattress to tuck the sheets under the mattress
