Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch on all Australia Post orders from our warehouse.
We expect accessory delivery delays of up to 2 weeks for items purchased after this date. We are currently working with alternative carriers to improve service and reduce delivery times.
Metropolitan & Surrounding Serviced Areas
We currently offer the ability to book your delivery date in the following Metropolitan and surrounding areas.
- VIC: Geelong, Bellarine, Surf Coast, Sunbury, Mornington Peninsula and Healesville
- NSW, ACT: Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Gosford, Wollongong, South Nowra, Canberra and Queanbeyan
- QLD and Northern NSW: Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and the Tweed Region
- SA: Adelaide
- WA: Perth, Mandurah
During the peak holiday period between December 18th and January 3rd, delivery time slots will be limited and are expected to book out quickly. We recommend ordering approximately 2 weeks ahead of your desired delivery date to ensure you have the best chance of securing your booking.
Delivery time slots will be extremely limited between Friday 24/12 through to Monday 3/1, and we recommend planning accordingly.

While we endeavour to provide the most accurate delivery estimates possible, please keep in mind some deliveries can still experience further delays.
While our office will be open for queries and support throughout the holiday weeks, most couriers and depots will be closed or have very limited operating hours between Friday 24/12 through to Monday 3/1. This means that deliveries still in transit may take longer to arrive, or may be held until normal operations resume.

- Will I still get free standard delivery during the holiday period?
Yes! Our standard delivery service will still be free, at no extra cost.
- When will my order arrive?
If you have booked a time slot for delivery, then it is expected that your order will arrive within the specified delivery window. Our customer service team will let you know if we expect any delays.

Keep in mind any estimated date provided via online tracking will not be exact and won’t take into account weekends, public holidays, or other delays.
- Can you get my order to me any faster?
Due to the size and weight of our items, we're unable to expedite the transit time of any of our deliveries.

- Can you combine all my orders in one shipment?
We endeavour to dispatch mattresses and bed bases together. This means when an item is out of stock we hold dispatch until it can be sent out together.
