Great quality mattress and great customer service. This is my second Sleeping Duck after my daughter ‘borrowed’ my first one. With my second purchase I switched from a firm to medium (maybe due to changing needs with aging) after testing the different options at your showroom. Sales assistant arranged delivery of the switch and made it a seemless experience. I think his name is Flynn. Easy to do the firmness adjustment of a king size mattress on my own. Ordering was super easy. My queen mattress was delivered, unpacked and placed in position by the deliverymen in no time at all. Brilliant customer service that reaches out to see things are going along the during the trial period. I need to get in touch to arrange an adjustment to the firmness. Keep up the fantastic work and support.

It took a little while to get it right with different changes but we with the amazing help and patience of SD got there in the end. Now for the first time in years it is a struggle to make myself get out of bed, it is so comfortable I just want to stay in it. Before SD it was a struggle to get out of bed literally because of the aches and pains

Do it, just get the mattress. It is comfortable, adjustable, good temperature regulation, just an all round winner. Delivery was smooth, removal of the old mattress was really appreciated, and anyone who naps on my bed speaks very highly of the comfort, even with their existing aches and pains.

Purchased our 3rd sleeping duck for the guest room, we will keep buying and recommending to all our friends and family. Without a doubt, comfortable, economical and great customer service, we are fans.

I love how comfortable and supportive this is for me and my husband! (Who complains a lot more than me with our old mattress!) I even got two more for the kids and they love it!
