Gone from having aching back & shoulders, waking every 2 hours to now being more comfortable & sleeping better.

The people at Sleeping Duck have been amazing, accommodating several changes to our Mach II. After filling out the initial questionnaire I chose the firm mattress option. Unfortunately, I have a pain condition and it has flared up causing issues with my shoulders and neck, giving me sleepless nights. I sent a request for an adjustment and the Sleeping Duck people were so helpful and understanding. I really felt that they cared. The mattress is now medium and my partner and I are sleeping great. We are sleeping in luxury on a king-size mattress with the Sleeping Duck base. Mattress and base are as advertised extremely well designed and constructed. I would never ever go back to any other mattress or bed, even if I purchased locally - we live interstate, and shopping online can be tricky, but Sleeping Duck have been excellent communicators, fast response times, very patient and making changes was without hassle. Sleeping Duck you are the best!!!!!

Customer service was amazing when I required a firmness adjustment. Staff were helpful, change in firmness was delivered quickly and was easy to install. Has made my side of the bed so much more comfortable. My husband and I are both sleeping much better. Highly recommended and would definitely buy again

Wonderful mattress. A little sceptical when we first received it. Originally bought the medium firmness but after about a month we realised it wasn’t firm enough for us so switched the pads to the firm ones. Best thing we did! I don’t remember the last time we slept so beautifully and comfortably. We honestly hate getting out of bed in the mornings.

My 3yo got a big girl bed for her birthday. She loves her new mattress and how comfy it is. So much so she takes herself to bed and tucks herself in! On the odd occasion I've had to bunk with her, I've fallen asleep really easily and slept well!
