Metropolitan Deliveries

Currently, our metropolitan delivery service covers Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. All other regions of Australia are serviced via our regional delivery service. For more information on regional deliveries, please see below.

During the peak holiday period delivery, time slots will book out quickly. We recommend ordering approximately 2 weeks ahead of your desired delivery date to ensure you have the best chance at booking.

Delivery time slots will be extremely limited between Monday 23/12 through to Friday 3/1, and we recommend planning accordingly.

To help account for the busier holiday period, our usual estimates for regional deliveries have been updated.

  • VIC: 5-10 business days
  • NSW: 5-10 business days
  • QLD: 7-12 business days
  • SA: 5-10 business days
  • ACT: 5-10 business days
  • WA: 10-15 business days
  • TAS: 10-15 business days
  • NT: 14-21 business days

Please note that your local courier may have extended delivery hours and days during this peak period. This includes later deliveries during the week, and potentially Saturdays.

Blackout Period

While our office will be open for queries and support throughout the holiday weeks, most couriers and depots will be closed or have very limited operating hours between Monday 23/12 through to Friday 3/1.

This means that deliveries still in transit may take longer to arrive, or may be held until normal operations resume.

  • When will my order arrive?

Should you have absolutely any concerns about your order and how it is tracking, please contact Sleeping Duck directly on 1800 667 196 for assistance.

Keep in mind any estimated date provided on the online tracking will not be exact and will not update to account for any delays.

  • Can you get my order to me any faster?

Due to the size and weight of our items, we're unable to expedite the transit time of any of our deliveries.

  • Can you combine all my orders in one shipment?

We endeavour to dispatch mattresses and bed bases together. If an order item is out of stock, and you'd like the in stock item sent out first, please get in touch so our team can make arrangements.

Please note that the soft accessories such as sheet sets, pillows, dog beds, and duvets are shipped via Australia Post separately. They can't be shipped with the mattress or bed base.
